Welcome
The Office of the Vice Provost for Research (OVPR) helps the Cornell Community plan and coordinate research and represents the university in research matters as they relate to external agencies and sponsors. It supports the activities of technology transfer and economic development, research integrity and assurance, including care for research animals, and information services that support research administration.
Reporting to this office are the Cornell national research centers; several university-wide research centers; Cornell Center for Technology, Enterprise, and Commercialization; Center for Animal Resources and Education; Office of Research Integrity and Assurance; and Research Administration Information Services.
- Use the links in the gray navigation bar at the top of this page to explore the offices that support Cornell's research enterprise: sponsored program services, technology transfer and economic development, animal resources and education, research compliance, and research administration information services.
- Use the red links on the left to access electronic versions of publications from Research Communications. See also a linked list of research centers affiliated with OVPR, human resources policies, and our staff directory.
