Sponsored Data Warehouse User Support
Data warehouse support at Cornell is provided in a number of formats from a number of different sources to meet the varying user needs across campus.
General Brio Support
- Brio at Cornell Web Site - User support, technical documentation, Brio Insight tutorial
- Brio-L Listserv - Used by CIT to communicate technical concerns, such as outages. Users are subscribed after training.
- Self-service password reset
Sponsored Projects Specifc Support
- SponsDW web site - (this site)
- osp_whs_feedback@cornell.edu -To send email to the sponsored user support staff. Used to report problems with the sponsored Brio model, sponsored portal, and general access problems. If you don't know where to ask your question, try here first.
- osp-warehouse-L Listserv - Used by the sponsored user support group to make important announcements about the Portal or Brio to the entire user community. Notices include technical problems, siginificantly updated features and training opportunities. Users are subscribed when access is granted to the warehouse.
Training and Demos
- Training or demonstrations for the sponsored Portal are available upon request. Contact Tammy Custer at tjb3@cornell.edu or 255-5066 to schedule a session.
- Brio training is scheduled on a regular schedule. Registration for upcoming workshops is done online.
